Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition. Personalized/custom items cannot be returned unless defective.

How to start a return
Email hello@lucentezz.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will reply with instructions.

Refunds
When we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
